High nitrogen no nickel austenitic stainless steel is a kind of stainless steel,it’sthe nearly20years developed a kind of new species.Composition and the traditionaltype of stainless steel coMPared,the nitrogen content is higher,general than50mg/kg,and not contain nicke.Nitrogen rich resources and cheap.High nitrogen steelmechanical performance excellence,Has the feature of high strength,good iMPacttoughness and characteristics of deformation strengthen.It very corrosion resistance,and stand wear and tear.More and more widely used in energy, chemical, medicaltreatment, construction etc.The cutting performance materials depends on its application scope.Because ofhigh nitrogen no nickel stainless steel mechanical properties of characteristics,highnitrogen no nickel austenitic stainless steel’s cutting processing performance ispoor.Belong to extremely difficult to processing materials.In the process of itsdeformation strengthen serious,cutting force is large than the Carbon steel and Alloysteel.Cutting process in the environment of high temperature.Cutting tool easy towear,Surface quality can not be guaranteed.With the development of The Times,Tohigh nitrogen no nickel austenitic the stainless steel cutting process of research andoptimization is very urgent.Cr18Mn18N is no nickel of high nitrogen stainless steel.The Cr18Mn18N’s flowstress characteristics at home and abroad is seldom researched.In order to predict theflow stress,this paper analyzes the material sample the static compression try and low speedorthogonal cutting processing experiment.Get the under normal temperature and strainrate and low temperature, strain rate higher the deformation data.Based on thetheoretical prediction Oxley cutting, by use of numerical method, the highly nitrogenno nickel austenitic stainless steel Cr18Mn18N material flow stress model parametersJohnson cook.In the study materials in the dynamic situation of cutting conditions andvariety,This paper using Ansys autodyn explicit dynamics analysis software,with thetest of Cr18Mn18N get material constitutive model parameters.Established itsmaterial machining process of the finite element model.Calculated the materials indifferent cutting speed of temperature field, the results of the stress and strainfields.And through the analysis and coMParison Cr18Mn18N get in different cuttingspeed under the condition of the chip processing characteristics.
