The study mainly targeted the help stem agents add volume and spray drying parameters on thepreparation of wolfberry powder, and the nature of the finished wolfberry powder were analyzed to providean experimental basis for industrial production. The main results are as follows:(1) To study the impact of the added amount of drying agent aids the preparation of wolfberry powder,and through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal parameters ofthe preparation of wolfberry powder: the maltodextrin Add amount, β-cyclodextrin addamount, CMCdosage important factors, determined by orthogonal test spray-dried wolfberry powder capsule optimalformula parameter is the amount of maltodextrin60%β-cyclodextrin dosage by10%, the CMC Addthe1.5%rate of32.07percent, measured in this case wolfberry powder powder collector.(2) the impact of the spray drying parameters on the preparation of wolfberry powder. Through thesingle factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the spray drying parameters wereoptimized to determine the solids content of the inlet air temperature, outlet air temperature is the importantfactor to determine the optimal spray drying parameters: solids concentration of10%inlet air temperatureof180℃, outlet air temperature of75°C, wolfberry powder prepared under the conditions set powderwas33.71%.(3) wolfberry powder test a variety of physical and chemical properties of detection test resultswolfberry powder spray drying is less prone to agglomeration, better liquidity; stability is very good;various microbial detection indicators meet the health requirements;wolfberry powder moisture content of1.26%, water content are less than3%, proved relatively dry samples, a density of0.524g·cm-3.
