In the process of energy mining,Underground Scraper as the main equipment inunderground mining operations, it has high efficiency, flexibility, mobility and lowproduction cost advantages, so it’s widely used in mining and underground engineering.Underground Scraper as the main mining equipment engineering, it’s important taskfor the mining and part of the transport. Due to Underground Scraper have bad workenvironment, and often accompanied by a strong vibration, the influence of the noiseand dust on the body, so we need to the reliability of the Underground Scraperexpected measurement, to ensure that the mining project smoothly. According to theabove problem, this article on the Underground Scraper transmission system as theresearch object. Through to the Underground Scraper transmission system reliabilityare studied in maintenance measures are put forward,to improve the working life of thescraper and job securityThis article first through the analysis of structure and function of the UndergroundScraper principles, and find out the factors that affect its reliability to set up and thecorresponding fault tree. Based on the fault tree for qualitative and quantitativeanalysis,and specific maintenance measures are put forward through qualitativeanalysis and maintenance project.Through quantitative analysis of probabilityimportance degree of each subsystem is obtained, propose specific maintenance order.Only on set up the fault tree for qualitative and quantitative analysis will not be able topropose specific maintenance time and maintenance cycle.So must also be to estimatethe system of life, to put forward the maintenance time and improve the systemreliability.Although a lot of life prediction methods, Weibull distribution can effectively andreasonable prediction system of life.And it analysis method using range is wide,parameter estimation method is much.So this article will use the analysis method ofWeibull distribution for Underground Scraper to study the reliability and working life.Due to adopting the method of Weibull distribution to life in the process of research,the system parameter analysis of the process is complicated, the interval estimate is too long, and cannot guarantee the estimation precision of the parameter. In order to solvethis problem, the article adopts the least square method and the average rank methodusing a combination method is used to estimate the parameters.The method canimprove the estimation accuracy.In this article, the main research contents as follows:1.Through to the Underground Scraper transmission system working principle andstructure analysis, establish the corresponding fault tree, and the fault of the qualitativeand quantitative analysis.Calculated in front of the system life distribution is putforward to improve the system reliability of the concrete maintenance projects, orderand related measures.Establishing database of maintenance, in order to improve theworking life of scraper and job security.2.Set up two parameters of underground LHD is life distribution model of Weibulldistribution.Using least square method and the average rank method to calculate lifedistribution function of each subsystem, and finally concluded that the transmissionsystem life distribution function.
