| More than twenty strains were isolated from the seven samples as follows:waste water of hot pickled mustard tuber, wastewater of paper mill, four different depths of the South China Sea sediments through the Hungate rolling tube. Based on16s rRNA gene sequence analysis, they belong to the twelve genus of Clostridium, Desulfotomaculum, Aerococcus, Proteus, Anaerofilum, Nevskia. Acholeplasma, Paenibacillus, Bacillus, Brachymonas, Geosporobacter Ruminococcus. There are eight strains of suspected nova, and strain YJl was isolated from Hot pickled mustard tuber wastewater of Zhejiang province and its gene number in genebank was HQ917002. According to the online comparative16S rRNA gene analysis on EzTaxon server2.1website, it revealed that the TA clone sequence of the strain YJl was89.8%the highest sequence similarity to members of the genus Ruminococcus. The preliminary study of polyphasic taxonomy was underway. |
