Abstract/Summary:
Solid-phase microextraction technology is a new extraction techniques and it has theadvantages of convenient operation,rapid separation and analysis,high sensitivity,and lesssample consumption.The technology has been widely applied in many fields.Using organosilicone-polyurethane as coating material.In the paper, organosilicone-polyurethane coating material of solid phase microextraction(SPME) was synthetized takingmethylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate, polydiethylene glycol adipate, hydroxyl silicone oil and3-hydroxyl propaneas raw material and taking stannous octoate as initiato.Both of rawmaterial and product was characterize by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Thesynthesis time and synthesis temperature of coating material was optimized.Thethermostability of coating material was testde by thermogravimetry.The coating materialwsa coated on quartz fibre and the was was made into solid phase microextraction head. Thesurface microtopography and the elementary of solid phase microextraction head wasanalysisyed and observed by scanning electron microscope and X ray energy spectrumanalysis.With organosilicone-polyurethane coating material of SPME as chromatographystationary phase,the physical property of coating material was studied by inverse gaschromatography(IGC).The coating material was made into chromatography column todetermine the retention time.The specific retention volume was calculated and the curvilinearrelationship(lgVg—1/T) of specific retention volume and retention time was drawed.Theinteraction information of probe molecule and stationary liquid was acquired by studying theprobe phase in different temperature curve characteristics and shape.The Z curve drawed bysuitable probe molecules to get this polymer glass transition temperature and crystallinity.Thetransformation temperature is60.2℃,the crystallinity is63.1%and the melting point ofcrystalline portionis is108.5℃. Dissolved and adsorption capacity ofpolymer coating to allsorts of small molecular compound was investigated and the apply force of probe moleculesand organic silicon-polyurethane polymer was analysed.
