Cigarette Factory Process of Concentration Wind-Power Technology has been widelyused in domestic cigarette factories, principally in supplying wind power and dustremoving. As cigarette technology (especially the weight deviation of single cigarette)requires a higher stability supply of demanding wind. So this article conducted in depthresearch to operational stability and controling ways for Cigarette Factory Process ofConcentration Wind-Power System, mainly through the theoretical analysis, numericalcalculation and experimental methods.Due to the network structure was confirmed created when the system created,Air-Pressure-Balancer has been set and it was used for controlling the influence whichproduced by different wind parameters of cigarette-rolling machines and filters. Thereforethis paper researched the control of operational stability for Cigarette Factory Process ofConcentration Wind-Power from tow aspects: the pressure fluctuations of dust remover;cigarette-making machine random stop and open.The pressure fluctuations of dust remover impacting on system stability was studied,near for fan, monitored dust remover’s pressure data and analyzed the data, combined themonitoring data with PLC control program, and accurate to find out the main reason ofmaking pressure fluctuation oversize. For pulse jet producing pipeline pressure fluctuations,dust suction wind device was proposed and installed. Pressure fluctuations were controlledfrom up704pa to within the170pa, meted the requirements of the production process.In the practical project, the reasons of cigarette-making machine’s stopping werearrange production downtime and fault temporary downtime. Two kinds of control modeswere put forward: control valves opening, frequency converting. Selected valve type,analyzed valve opening control mode, simulated valve opening effecting the pressure and the air volume of the system when the system is normal, conduct a test, used the MATLABsoftware on the local resistance coefficient of valve curve with curve fitting, to prove thevalidity of the linear valve selection. Inverter play an important part in energy saving. Thesafety of the inverter frequency range is analyzed.
