Coal mine comprehensive wastewater including mine inflow water, coal washing water and the waste dump leaching water。Because of the complex composition, less water, not for reuse, coal washing water and the waste dump leaching water should be treated separately. Mine inflow water come from limestone. It is produced in large amounts of water and light pollution, so it can be used as sources of water back to miner. It is collected together with domestic sewage transported to the sewage treatment station for processing. Therefore, the enterprise ud coagulating sedimentation+Biofor combined process to deal with it, CODcr, SS as the main indiactor to inspect the treatment effect of the main processing unit and the combined process.In coagulation tests, PAC and PAM is selected as coagulant. By the pH value, the dosage of PAC and PAM dosage single factor test research. The results showed:The best parameters are the dosage of PAC is108mg/L, the dosage of PAM is0.2mg/L, pH for8. Analyzeing the average velocity gradient G value and temperature effects on coagulation effect. The best of coagulation conditions, the effluent concentration of SS and CODcr concentration of about180mg/L and200mg/L, SS removal rate of about90%, the water is clear.Through investigating the effect elements in the start-up and run of BAF, the paper analyzes the process of BAF biofilm boot and backwash. The influent quality, effluent quality and HRT were in accordance with S=Soe-3.3385t, when startup is complete, the reactor SS and CODcr removal rate of up to90%and85%, respectively. BAF filter control conditions were as follows:soda ratio of4.3:1, and HRT is1.2h, the air volume5.97m3/min.The project cost about334.61million yuan in all. The running costs were about0.57yuan per cubic miter with equipment deprecation.It has hugged environmental benefits. Combined process respectively of CODcr, SS removal efficiency of90%,99%, water indicators can meet the quality of wastewater reuse standards.
