A solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) method has been developed for simultaneous determination of6antibiotics in water, including4sulfonamides(Sulfamerazine, Sulfamethoxazole, Sulfamethazine, Sulfadiazine),2fluoroquinolone(Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin). According to the results,we choose two antibiotics to make the photodegradation experiments.The major results and conclusions are summarized below.(1) A solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromategraphy (SPE-HPLC) method has been developed for simultaneous determination of6antibiot ics in water, including4sulfonamides(Sulfamerazine, Sulfamethoxazole, Sulfa methazine, Sulfadiazine),2fluoroquinolone (Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin). The exp eriments of recovery of standard addition for tap water showed that the recove ries range of SAs were57.19%~108.86%and FQNs were63.49%~100.46%.The limit of detection of SAs was1.02-2.17ng/L,FQNs was1.73-5.86ng/L.(2) Used the method for the surface water of Haikou, it showed that6antibiotics were detected in Haikou surface water, and the concentration range of3.4~1385.8ng/L, and sulfamethoxazole had the maximum concentration.The concentrations of antibiotics in the Haikou surface water are all higher than that in America,other western developed countries, the Pearl River and the Victoria Harbour.;(3) The FQs concentration order in Haikou surface water is the man-made lake of JinNiuling Park>Hongcheng Lake>East Lake>West Lake>LongKun Stream>MeiShe River>the river reach of WuXi Road of Haidian>YaWei Stream; the SAs concentration order is West Lake>YaWei Stream>the river reach of WuXi Road of Haidian> the man-made lake of JinNiuling Park>East Lake> LongKun Stream> Hongcheng Lake>MeiShe River;(4) Climate environment, population density,Urban sewage and breeding wa stewater and hydrodynamic condition become the important factors of antibiotic pollution of Haikou surface water.(5) Photodegradation of ciprofloxacin conformed to first-order kinetics;With increase of initial concentration of ciprofloxacin, the photodegradation rates of ciprofloxacin decreased gradually; The pH value of the water has a significant effect on the rate of photodegradation of ciprofloxacin, and the best pH value is neutral or alkaline, ciprofloxacin in acidic condition was stable to light;The humic acid inhibited the photodegradation efficiency of ciprofloxacin, with the increase of concentration of humic acid, ciprofloxacin residue rate increase gradually; SDBS and CTAB on the photodegradation of ciprofloxacin showed different degree of inhibition, a positive correlation was found between the photosensitive efficiency and TW-80; metal ion, Al3+can be combined with ciprofloxacin, reducing its concentration,; Ca2+inhibited the photodegradation of ciprofloxacin, with the increase of concentration of Ca2+, the inhibition increased.(6) There was a little influence on the photodegradation rate of different initial concentration of sulfamethoxazole in separate ultraviolet light irradiation;the pH value of the water had a significant effect on the photodegradation rate of sulfamethoxazole, and with better photodegradation efficiency under acidic conditions;The humic acid inhibited the photodegradation efficiency of sulfamethoxazole, with increased of the humic acid concentration, the inhibitory effect was obvious; acetone concentration would increase photodegradation reaction rate of sulfamethoxazole; SDBS and TW-80could inhibit the photodegradation of sulfamethoxazole, a positive correlation was found between the photosensitive efficiency and CTAB; Al3+could promote photodegradation of sulfamethoxazole, with the increase of Al3+concentration, effect gradually increased,but the increasing trend was not obvious; photodegradation effect of Mg2+and Ca2+on the sulfamethoxazole was broadly consistent, which was that it could promote photodegradation of sulfamethoxazole in low concentration, but with the increasing of concentration, the reaction efficiency decreased gradually, or it might inhibit.
