To produce high quality, high precision machinery product, the machine tools forprocessing the product put forward a very high request. Evaluation of quality of NCmachine tool is the machining precision, but due to the ever-changing environment,the machine tool manufacturing error, the geometric error, motion error, thermal errorexists, to further improve the control accuracy of machine tools. In addition, themachine work, and its related components are constantly wear, leading to the finalmachining parts error increases. This thesis focuses on precision CNC machine tools,optical equipment testing machine21geometric errors, the error model is established,after data processing can be carried out on21geometric errors software compensation.Combined with machining test, verify the correctness of error compensation, so as toimprove the machining accuracy of machine tool. This study has a certain academicvalue, it has great significance for NC machining.According to Agma AG-106vertical machining center, the main work is:(1) For machine, analyses the relationships between the various components of themachine,21geometric error parameters in the movement processare given, andusing a laser interferometer to measure the linear displacement errors of machine toolsin particular online. Model error identification, identification of the machine toolgeometric errors, and machine three axis linear motion error evaluation errorparameters for the next error modeling and error compensation.(2) Through the analysis of the physical structure of the research object, therelationship between the moving parts movement, established the error model of themachine tool. The use of multi-body kinematics, given the error matrix of the the twokinematic chain from the tool and the workplace, the machine tool error model. Themodel can calculate the geometric errors of each point of the machine tool. To lay thefoundation for the next step of error compensation.(3) Through the error model is established on the step, using VC and MATLABsoftware design for error compensation software of the machine, and through theCNC machining test, verify the feasibility of correctness of error model and errorcompensation software design.Through the work above, the error detection, error model and error compensation of work complete on the object of study, to improve the machining precision ofmachine tools, has great practical significance.
