When humans are in the "resources-products-waste" linear model ofindustrial production, the natural environment has been developed and thecontaminated transition, human existence is facing unprecedented pressure.The development of eco-industrial has been vigorously promoting to solveenvironmental problems, and it’s an important means of achievingsustainable development. Based on the analysis and conclusion of currenteco-industrial development model, the author revealed the problem ofeco-industrial development which caused by the lack of participation ofstakeholders、the unsound mechanism of system feedback and dynamiccontrol. In this article, construction of ecological industrial system has beenre-established the framework---a "tower" research framework. Thecomposition of the research framework is that based on eco-industrial theory,theory of circular economy, system dynamics theory, the theory of industrialtechnology theory, and gathered the technology platform of eco-industrialtechnologies and recycling economy, technology, technology roadmapdevelopment of technical, and based on eco-industrial system for the study.In this paper, the coordinates of the concept of recycling and circulareconomy based on the use of system dynamics models have been proposed.Human nature has always been an important source of knowledge. Thispaper simulated the natural environment through the system structure anddynamic mechanism is proposed to the sustained eco-industrial systemsnecessary and sufficient conditions of maintain stable that simulated thenatural environment through the system structure (biological community,soil, climate, physical and energy flow) to build an "ecological industrialchain-’biomes’, public facilities-’soil’ to support the service system-’climate’ to material flow, energy flow, information flow, technology flow,work flow, capital flow, value stream, etc.’flow’ to ’link’,"the eco-industrial system structure, so as to provide the necessary conditions for systemstability; the same time, the study of the system dynamic mechanisms(sharing mechanism, driving mechanism, and restraint mechanism, feedbackand dynamic control machine) obtained a sufficient condition to maintainsystem stability, making the eco-industrial system "flow" operation of lawconsistent with human economic development needs, but also withecological and environmental protection needs. The paper is based on thewhole process of the construction of the eco-industrial system (that is,system design and system operation in the implementation), used theprinciple of industrial technology roadmap working to constructed thesystem in two phases, and analyzed the first phase of work steps, researchpriorities and key results. The fundamental purpose of study on the dynamicmechanism of eco-industrial systems is to summarize the generationmechanism of the power which is needed to motivate sustainable and stabledevelopment of eco-industrial systems so as to provide reference fordecision-makers during the order motivation of the development ofeco-industry and guidelines for action which is optimized for stakeholdersconomic or environmental behavior on based analysised of the determinantswhich is affecting the all kinds "flow" of the flow direction, period, quantityand quality, and studied of the action rule between the system and thefactors. In this paper, ecological industry chain of propylene is researched,for example, and drow the technology roadmap of propylene ecologicalindustry chain.
