| In the process of oilfield exploratory development, drilling cost accounts for more than half of the total global expenditure. Then improving drilling technology and engineering efficiency continuously has become the main target of the oil company.Mabei oilfield had been drilled in early1992. And Permian Urho and Triassic Baikouquan reservoirs were found. The amount of IOIP is43780thousands ton totally. The area of superimposed oil-bearing is59.0square kilometers. Owing to the affection of development benefits, the reservoir producing degree is low all the time. The researches of comprehensive speed drilling had been carried out in well Ma-2,2011. The drilling cycle with intermediate casing was56.44d, then83.25d without intermediate casing. ROP remained to be further improved in well Ma-2. And the optimization of PDC bit could be further strengthened. In spite of success, the drilling cycle was too long with intermediate casing. The complex situations still occurred. The well structure was further optimized and improved. In recent years, theoretical study and field experiments had been done about the optimization of well structure and speed drilling. But that can not meet the demand for oilfield development yet. Therefore the further optimization of wellbore structure, improving mechanical drilling speed and depressed drilling cost are imperative.The thesis research about Urho oil reservoir drilling situations in well Ma-2, and mainly research from the following several aspects:(1) Collect the recent bit usage data in the same oil block and select bit parameters as the evaluation index in order to conduct researches on optimization of bits;(2) To reduce the risk of narrow density windows operations and the cost of controlled pressure drilling technology, study the controlled pressure drilling technology for the precise control of the annular pressure profile of wellbore;(3) According to the factors on drilling speed, research on drilling speed coordinated technology;(4) For the complex reservoir conditions, combined with the characteristics of reservoir formation, further study on leak plugging technology.Through respects about further research above all, this paper introduces complex coordinated technology and realizes well structure optimization based on mechanical properties of rock formation, combined with multiwell data and controlled pressure drilling technology. Meanwhile it guides bits and drilling parameters optimization and achieves comprehensive drilling speed. By means of coordinated technology, it provides the theoretical references and technical references for the development of similar reservoirs in Xinjiang oilfield, and has very important significance for the efficient development of oilfields. |
