Asp flooding of daqing oilfield development at present the displacement technology, produce large amounts of ASP flooding produced water, bring certain harm to ecological environment. Microbial variety, quantity, strong adaptability, etc., combined with the microorganism has the induction ability to adapt to the new source of nutrients, these features make microbes early with widely application in wastewater treatment. Microorganisms of ternary produced water treatment process in the water as nutrition and energy, some materials to make three yuan produced water viscosity, surface active agent, polyacrylamide, alkalinity, and the oil content in water has certain influence. Biodegradable compared with other physical and chemical methods, the advantages of low investment, simple operation, no pollution, high efficiency, etc. Truly achieve the purpose of using biological methods to deal with ASP produced water.Biological for ASP produced water treatment, mainly adopts A/0process, and the choice of the craft packing is also crucial. As a carrier of the enrichment of microorganism, the filler will affect microbial growth, reproduction and fall off, is have a direct effect on the purification effect of water quality. In the purification process of ternary produced water, nutrients, and biological factors such as surface property of filler on the biological adhesion has a great influence and the degradation of pollutants. This topic mainly adopts the method of microorganism, the development on the characteristics of the three yuan produced water, purposeful degradation of HPAM, surfactant, alkali, oil content and viscosity, etc., and improve the effect of wastewater treatment. Past the commonly used fillers are stationary, accumulation type, suspension type, suspension type and category of bionic type, etc.This experiment studied the reactor with elastic filler, bamboo charcoal, black plastic, PVC, activated carbon black and white for creatures such as PVC, combination packing, thorn ball packing of ASP produced water treatment. Through anaerobic and aerobic reactor in the domestication of the domestication and biological stability phase sampling of three yuan produced water treatment effect analysis of every index. Bamboo charcoal packing the removal rate of its viscosity is0-2%, the removal rate of alkalinity is4-5%, the removal rate of oil content for more than90%, surfactant removal rate is85.5%, the removal rate of polymer is3-4%. Activated carbon packing the removal rate of its viscosity is20.7%, the removal rate of alkalinity is9.4%, the removal rate of oil content for more than90%, surfactant removal rate is75%, the removal rate of polymer is9.7%. Elastic packing the removal rate of its viscosity is70%, the removal rate of alkalinity is6.6%, the removal rate of oil content is for more than90%, surfactant removal rate is83.3%, the removal rate of polymer is26.7%. Black plastic packing the removal rate of its viscosity is1-3%, the removal rate of alkalinity is8.7%, the removal rate of oil content for more than90%, surfactant removal rate is70%, the removal rate of polymer is1-3%. PVC packing the removal rate of its viscosity is21.8%, the removal rate of alkalinity13.9%, the removal rate of oil content for more than90%, surfactant removal rate is78%, the removal rate of polymeris13.3%.Stab the ball and PVC for aerobic biological reactors for packing of ternary produced water treatment compared with other packing bioreactor treatment effect better. With elastic filler anaerobic reactor in ASP produced water treatment effect is very ideal, on the whole, biological removal of produced water of ternary oil content and surfactant removal effect is very good, for the degradation of viscosity is ideal, but for the alkalinity and polymer in removal efficiency is lower, general effect. By data analysis of microorganisms of ternary produced water treatment is feasible, the ternary in daqing oil field produced water treatment by using biological means has a certain significance.
