Morpholine is an important intermediate of fine chemicals, with the development of application, and is widely used in the fields of rubber, coating, dye, pesticide, medicine instrument and so on, it is an important cyclamine of industry. The main porcess to synthesize moprholine is based on the reaction of diethylene glycol(DEG) with ammonia in the presence of catalysts. Under certain conditions, synthetic of morpholine from diethylene glycol with ammonia. In traditional process, the synthesis conditions at160-300℃and1.7-28MPa. Therefore, research the existing technology and equipment, reduce energy consumption and production cost, and research higher performance of catalyst, it can expand the application field of morpholine product.The supported nickel-based catalyst was prepared by the coprecipitation method, on the basis of add appropriate amount of lanthanum, and the catalytic performance was studied in a stainless steel autoclave. Precursor, carrier, active component, process conditions and structure of the catalysts were evaluated and by the technologies of SEM, BET, BJH, XRD, DSC, TGA.(1) Alumina(700℃/3h) as a carrier(30wt%of the catalyst), the active ingredient Cu:Ni:Zn=1:1.8:1.5, at205℃and1.0MPa, the weight ratio of catalyst is0.5%, the yield of morpholine was99.67percent, the convertion of diglycol was100percent, the selectivity was99.67percent.(2) the addition of lanthanum can enhance the conversion of diethylene glycol and the selectivity of the catalyst at215℃and1.0MPa, when the content of lanthanum was1.0%. The yield of morpholine increased by18.89percent, the convertion of diglycol increased4.27percent, the selectivity increased15.29percent; at205℃and1.0MPa, the weight ratio of lanthanum-nickel catalyst is0.5%, the yield of morpholine was99.81percent, the convertion of diglycol was100percent, the selectivity was99.81percent, it is the optimal technology conditions of synthesizing morpholine.The addition of lanthanum can enhance activity, thermal stability and selectivity of the catalyst.At the same time, reduces the equipment requirements and energy consumption, optimize the technological conditions for synthesis of morpholine from diethylene glycol...
