In this experiment, the paper described the development status and Prospect ofapplication analysis of polybenzimidazole and for modification of polybenzimidazole.Experimental study of3,3’,4,4’-four amino two benzene sulfone four yuan aminemonomer and some dibasic acid stepwise polymerization to generate a series ofpolymer material modified polybenzimidazole, while using the auxiliary equipment ofIR, TG, X-ray diffraction, DSC, Ubbelohde viscometer, analytical techniques wereused to characterize the structure analysis and performance testing of polymers, andthe effects of the dissolved polymer. The concrete research contents and results are asfollows:1: The first will use4,4’-two amino two phenyl sulfone as raw material, throughacetylation, nitration, hydrolysis reaction, reduction reaction (neutralization), multiplesteps reaction synthesis of3,3’,4,4’-four amino two phenyl sulfone.2: In aggregate, this paper uses the method of solution polymerization, usingpolyphosphoric acid as solvent system, in the protection of inert gas nitrogen, throughto the3,3’,4,4’-four amino two phenyl sulfone and benzene between two formic acid-5-sulfonate,3-thiophene malonic acid was three monomer copolycondensationpreparation preparation and properties of polybenzimidazole, changes in polymer wasinvestigated by method of changing the ratio between monomers.3: In the polymerization of part two, this paper uses the method of solutionpolymerization, using polyphosphoric acid as solvent system, in the protection of inertgas nitrogen, through to the3,3’,4,4’-four amino two phenyl sulfone with adipic acid,3-thiophene malonic acid was three monomer copolycondensation preparationobtained polybenzimidazole, changes in polymer research and performance bychanging the proportion of monomers.4: In the polymerization of part three, this paper uses the method of solutionpolymerization, using polyphosphoric acid as solvent system, in the protection of inertgas nitrogen, through to the3,3’,4,4’-four amino two phenyl sulfone and containingfunctional groups three trifluoromethyl two3-thiophene carboxylic acid, malonic acidwas three monomer copolycondensation preparation obtained polybenzimidazolepolymer, and performance change by changing the proportion of monomers.
