In the actual operation of electrostatic precipitator,back corona and second-timeflying is still two technical problems, and wet Electrostatic Precipitator can effectivelysuppress the back corona as well as the second-time flying,and the efficiency ofcollection of fine particle is higher. In this paper,the finite element method was used fornumerical computing of the electric field of different electrode configurations in the wetElectrostatic Precipitator.Combining with reasonable evaluation indexes, the spatialvariation of electric pole spacing variation was analyzed,and geometric parameters ofpolarity electric field when it perfoems well were achieved.According to the calculation, there are common rules for the electrodeconfiguration space field of all three kinds of the wet electric dust collector:the meanfield intensity near the Collecting electrode is gradually improve with increasingdistance,and the maximum electric field strength of the corona region is increasing atfirst and then tended to be stable. When the Short herringbone and wide anode plate ismatched, dust removal efficiency gradually changed for the better with the distanceincreased, and when the homopolar distance is different, The highest theoreticalcollection efficiency was achieved at different wire spacing. When A=0.45m,B=0.35m,dust collection efficiency is the best. When Mudeel bone line and wide anodeplate matched, the best dust collection efficiency was realized under the condition thatthe distance A is0.4m, B=0.4m,With auxiliary electrode polarity in homopolar from Ato0.4m,when the discharge electrode and the auxiliary electrode spacing of C becomeslarger, receiving average field strength near the collection plate is gradually increasing,but the uniformity of electric field becomes worse. The highest dust collection efficiency was observed when C=0.25m.If the electrode configuration of the three kindsof wet electric dust collector is at the same distance under the similar conditions,theoretical dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator with auxiliary electrodepolarity is highest, while the electrostatic precipitator composed of mud eel bone lineand the wide flat electrode configuration achieved the strongest field strength near thedust collecting pole greatly, and the uniformity of field intensity near the dust collectingpole of electrostatic precipitator equipped with short herringbone is the best.
