H2S is extremely hazardous asphyxiating gas, which poses a serious threat to thehuman body and affect the quality of the environment that is one of the main ingredientsof malodorous gases. In recent years, as the rapid development biodesulfurization,immobilized microbial desulfurization as an emerging biotechnology to become aresearch focus because its high density of micro-organisms,the loss of the reactionprocess is easy to control and many other advantages. Application of immobilizedmicroorganism technique in wastewater treatment constantly to mature, but is still in itsinfancy in the field of waste gas treatment.This paper for the purpose of efficiently handling H2S, combined with experienceof immobilized microorganism treatment in water treatment, select immobilized carriermaterials of immobilized microorganism technology in H2S purification treatment,research the immobilization methods of immobilized material, obtained the goodperformance and high efficients purify H2S bacteria immobilized pellets, and discussperformance optimization and size selection under the experimental condition, analysisof immobilized microbes pellets of culture conditions and architecture Biological filtertower to purify H2S, control of process parameters for the discussion. Get the followingconclusion:(1) In xi ’an fourth sewage treatment plant activated sludge supernatant for sourceseparation filter out six strains come in all shapes and suitable for degradation of H2Sdesulfurization strains. Finally select the desulfurization efficiency of99.36%,5number strains of bacteria as the target. The basic conditions of strains were optimized, Concluded that the temperature of3035℃, shaking table rate of200r/min, pH of6.5to7.5for optimal growth conditions.(2) In2%chitosan,5%sodium alginate,3%pva and1%diatomaceous earthmaterial with4%CaCl2+3%boric acid mixed calcification in8h solution,glutaraldehyde crosslinking4h draw get the biomass>50g/kg, removal rate of>90%chitosanImmobilized microbes pellets is8.2mm.(3) Discusses the influence of Immobilized microbes pellets table rate and trainingexperiment in the process of cultivating. Results showed that the rate of shaking tableis120r/min, the cultivation time of24h of immobilized bacteria pellet in good shapeand has higher biomass and removal efficiency.(4) The preparation of immobilized bacteria balls fill into the biological filtertower were studied, It was found that With the increase of inlet concentration, removalrate decline gradually. When the inlet concentration is no more than3000mg/m3, thepH between6.57.5residence time≥60s,the temperature of3035℃biological filtertower for H2S removal rate to remain above90%. tower biological filter systemremoval rate is higher, stability is good.
