Supercapacitor has become one of the hot spots in the field of energy research, because of its fast charging, long use time, good temperature characteristic, energy savingand green environmental protection etc. Synthesis of transferable NiO/Ni free-standingfilms and study its electrochemical performance have been carried out in my research. The main results include the following aspects:(1) Through a simple liquid phase method, We have successfully synthesized superlong Ni nanowires with length of about50200μm, diameter of about250nm in thehelpful of0.4T applied magnetic field. Then wo use the method of redispersion, suctionfiltration, dry and stripping, final we prepare Ni nanowires free-standing films. Andexplained the formation mechanism of super long Ni nanowires.(2) According to the analysis of TG curve, we take the Ni free-standing films heatedat350℃,400℃,450℃, respectively, for just only5min in a heat treatment furnace inopen air. According to the results of XRD, SEM, it can be proved that we successfullysynthesized NiO/Ni free-standing films. The electrochemical measurements were carriedout in a three electrolyzer with a SCE as the reference electrode and a platinum-platecounterelectrode. A KOH solution (1M) was used as electrolyte. According to the resultsof CV, charge-discharge curves, we find the performance of350℃is the best. At thecurrent density of0.17mA cm-2, we get areal capacitance of99.8mF cm-2.
