The thin-walled parts are widely used in the aerospace, electronics, mold and other industries, in the processing of production, CNC milling machining methods are commonly used, among which high-speed milling is the most widely used. Under the action of some factors, such as cutting force, cutting heat, clamping force, cutting tremor and manufacturing is becomes extremely difficult. The deformation of the cutting process has become a key factor of affecting machining accuracy and surface quality, which hindered the development of the manufacturing sector. Therefore, studying the distortion law of machining of thin-walled parts has important theoretical significance and Engineering value. In this paper, we integrated use the method of theoretical modeling, finite element analysis and experimental research, start from the mechanism of metal cutting; we have carried out deep research for thin-walled parts machining distortion. Mainly to solve the following problem:(1)This paper analyzes the deformation mechanism of the machine and the main factors of affecting deformation. As the milling force is a major factor in the deformation of thin-walled parts, so sources of milling force influencing factors were analyzed and summarized, also introduced the empirical formula of milling force and milling way.(2)This article analyzes the key technology of the machining simulation.Though finite element simulation of two-dimensional cutting, we provide a reference for the deformation of the thin-walled parts of finite element analysis modeling, meshing, setting of boundary conditions and load applied.(3)We build the milling of thin-walled parts analysis model, make sheet as the instance of thin-walled parts, and use ABAQUS software for finite element analysis, combined with empirical formula and Milling force which is got from two-dimensional cutting as basis of finite element analysis of the deformation of the sheet metal processing, depend on which we got the deformation error of sheet metal processing. This study belong to the application of basic research, it has potential applications in cutting simulation and deformation analysis. At the same time, through the analysis of the law of variable row, we draw some instructive conclusions, which provide a basis for improved productivity and further studies of control the deformation of thin-walled parts processing.
