With the high demand for natural gas resources, as well as an urgent need forenvironmental protection in recent years, the construction of the natural gas pipeline projecthas also entered a peak period in china, natural gas resources transport by pipeline,transmission pipeline engineering is extending the distribution a wide range of linear, its isnot available to avoid through the coal mining subsidence and tectonic complex region.Mined subsidence of ground movement and deformation inevitable in service natural gaspipeline or under construction produce a certain impact or harm. Study coal gob thesubsidence gas pipeline risk assessment for normal operation to protect the safety of naturalgas pipelines, reducing the pipe-laying, maintenance costs, and full use of undergroundmineral resources are of great significance.Paper to the Second West-East gas pipeline Hengfa coal mining area DD245~DD246gas pipeline project as research background, combined with mining-induced groundmovement and deformation failure regularity and piping structural characteristics, surfacemovement and deformation analysis suitable for different mining geological conditionsdivided on the basis of the corresponding surface movement and deformation predictionmodel. Through the analysis of the impact of ground movement and deformation of the mainfactors, according to the type and characteristics of the mined subsidence depth of mining andmining thickness ratio, mining methods, roof management method, mined subsidence formedtime and other mining geological conditions of mined area stability classified. Miningmethod, gob subsidence formed, overlying rocks in deep mining ratio, horizontal deformation,the radius of curvature, inclined, type as the main indicator of the sinking value of themined-out area evaluation system using analytic hierarchy process, according to theevaluation the system is divided into different risk levels, and take the appropriate measuresto deal with different risk levels. The paper combines the Second West-East gas pipeline theline Ningshan Extension examples, we demonstrate that David Carse, coal mining the empty subsidence gas pipeline risk assessment results and the actual impact of consistent anddisposal options.
