In this study we make initial exploration and discussion the restrictive factorsand control measures of nitrogen and phosphorus removal low temperature, use autility late-model BBSNP(Bio-Bi-Selector Nitrogen and Phosphorus removalprocess),which is develop from widely used AAO. Studies suggest low temperaturewater inlet VFAs are important restrictive factors of phosphorus removal and lowtemperature regulating and aerobic zone of SRT,HRT will increase the share ofnitrobacteria in sludge, improving the effect of nitrification.This study suggests if the VFAs of the inlet water is enough, phosphorus wouldbe very ideal under low temperature. Our study found that the if the volatile acidCOD accounted for about55%of total COD,even at5℃, the effluent TP can stillreach the level of A standard. The deterioration of phosphorus removal in citysewage treatment plant under low temperature may be caused by the shortage ofvolatile acids during the influent water due to the sharp decline of acidate bacteriaactivity and the decline their proportion the low temperature.This study found no adverse effects of nitrate to phosphorus metabolism in itself,and we can use the results. At low temperature, with sodium acetate as substrate, setthe nitrate content to50mg/L we found no adverse effects on phosphorus removal.Also found activated sludge can’t use of glucose and methanol well. According tothe batch results in this study we thought that the if the influent volatile acid isenough, anoxic zone can also be the good place to action of phosphorus release,anaerobic zone role should be to strengthen the acidification process, ensuring thewater volatile acid content. But the traditional anaerobic zone can’t achieve goodacidification process at low temperature. this paper thinks that if abolition of theanaerobic zone, Pre-acidification unit will achieve good acidification at lowtemperature, so as to realize the ideal of phosphorus removal effect, so that we canincrease the anoxic zone, and make full use of the denitrifying phosphorus removalability of PAOs, in favor of low C/N ratio of sewage treatment.This study concluded that rational regulate HRT of the aerobic zone or thesludge concentrations in it can improve the effect of nitrification at low temperature.The experiment showed that under10℃, when BBSNP nitrification abilitydecreased, properly reducing the anoxic zone, divided into accommodation zone,can achieve good removal effect of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen. Every ofthem can reach the level of A standard. At the same time through analysis the changeof sludge oxygen consumption rat and the calculation of oxygen transfer rate underdifferent temperature, this paper thinks that at low temperature runs with high sludge concentration will help achieve the good nitrification effect, but notsignificant increase in energy consumption。...
