With the rapid development of petroleum industry, each year about one million-tons of oil sludge was produced.oil sludge can cause the oil wasted and environmentalpollution. At present,the biological method is the most effective oil sludge treatmentmethod.However the nature of the sludge on the basis of different origin havedifference.Screening of strains of oil removal, found new microorganisms and suitablefor processing all kinds of oil sludge is a long-term research.That has the practicalsignificance for oil sludge treatment.This paper studied the different petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria in thedegradation of oil sludge, the weight method is adopted and the gas phasechromatogram analysis method to calculate sludge mixture and straight-chain alkanes,the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and screened strains of highefficiency degradation effect for sludge. Optimized conditions for the straindegradation of oil sludge were determined.For strain degradation sludge whenstraight-chain alkanes and the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons inrelation to further research and exploration.The following conclusions:(1) Through screening strains in a high efficiency degradation of shanbei oilsludge,which identified and named: molisch pseudomonas Y7.When the oil sludgecontent of2g/10ml, bacteria Y7on the degradation of the sludge mixture in shanbeiregion, within4days and10days, and that rate is45.82%and96.26%respectively, thepyrene, phenanthrene in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,that’s degradation rate canreached88.81%and85.21%.after10days.(2) pseudomonas Y7degraded sludge of200g/L, the best conditions for the initial pH is9, when N source for ammonium chloride, phosphorus source forhydrogen phosphate, potassium and C: N: P=250:10:1, the additive amount of metalions Mg2+is18mg/L, and access to the amount of bacterial suspension was40%.(3) When using pseudomonas Y7degraded sludge mixed with pyrene, alkanes inthe sludge the average degradation rate increases about10present;Sludge mixed withphenanthrene, alkane degradation effect of sludge had evident inhibition, especially atthe early stage of the degradation reaction inhibitory effect is more apparent.(4) Pyrene as the only carbon source, bacteria Y7degradation efficiency is low,when the pyrene mixed with sludge, sludge reaction hydrocarbon of pyrene in theaverage removal rate can be increased by19.63%after10days; phenanthrene as thesole carbon source, Y7fungi to the degradation of phenanthrene speed very fast, whenthe phenanthrene mixed with the sludge, that’s have the no promoting effect about Y7strain degradation of phenanthrene....
