| In2008, the survey results show that coal reserves in Inner Mongolia was the ranksfirst in the country, In which the proportion of lignite was more. Probe results shows thatthe eastern Xilin Gol of Inner Mongolia had more than150billion tons of lignite reserves.Lignite is a low quality coal kinds of metamorphic which has features such as lowcalorific value, low ignition point, high volatile, high moisture and oxygen content, thesecharacteristics determine its inevitable tendency to have high spontaneous and short-termspontaneous combustion. Spontaneous combustion during storage and transportation hasbrought great harm to the national economy’s production and life.Against the storage and transportation safety problems of high spontaneoustendency and short spontaneous combustion Shengli-lignite, the thesis investigated theeffect of particle size, degree of removal of minerals and pyrolysis temperature onShengli-lignite spontaneous performance using oxygen pulse adsorption test methodsthrough SEM, BET, ignition point test, TG/DTG/DTA, surface reaction(TPSR/TPD) andother characterization methods,and compared the chromatographic step method and pulsemethod, clear mention low-temperature surface oxygen adsorption behavior ofShengli-lignite, resolve the low-temperature oxidation process lignite and lignitespontaneous tendencies.Result shows that are similar xygen adsorption behaviors on surface ofShengli-lignite using chromatographic step method and pulse method respectively, andthe result of pulse method had more accurate test results. The result of pulse methodimplied that dry coal as the particle size decreases, the specific surface area of coalincreases, oxygen uptake increases, and combustion temperature decreases, thespontaneous tendency to rise; with the deepening of elution, the specific surface area ofcoal samples changed little, decreased oxygen uptake, and combustion temperature,spontaneous combustion tendency to reduce; With the improving quality of pyrolysistemperature, the specific surface area of the coal samples first increases and thendecreases, the sample at506℃had maximum surface area, and combustion temperature,spontaneous combustion tendency to decrease. |
