| Two kinds of photosensitive poly(arylene ether sulfone)s were synthesized: oneis atactic photosensitive poly(arylene ether sulfone) which contains chalcone moietyin the main chain and the other one is block photosensitive poly(arylene ether sulfone)in which a bulky pendant ammonium group was introduced into the polymerbackbone.2,2′-(2-(dimethyl amino-4,4′biphenyl-(DABP) with two dimethylamino in thefunctional monomer were prepared according to mannich reaction with aldehyde andamine in the presence of acid as catalyst, and the percentage of DABP in the productis98.8%after four times of recrystallization.4,4-dihydroxychalcone were preparedvia ultrasound radiation technology in the present of HCl(g) as catalysts, and itexhibited higher productivity(over88%) and shorter reaction time than traditionalClaisen-Schmidt condensation method which react in the alcoholic solution and alkalias the catalyst. The series of polymers were characterized by1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Visspectroscopy.Photosensitive poly (aryl ether sulfone (PAESCB) was prepared via condensationreaction with different bisphenol A (BPA) and4,4′-two fluorine diphenyl sulfone(DFDPS) molar ratio of0,30,50and70mol%. The structure properties of polymerswere characterized by1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and the thermalproperties were characterized by TGA, DSC. The results shown that the Polymer hadgood stability in400℃, indicating that polymer had good thermal stability. Polymerswere soluble in polar solvents and chlorinated solvents, but not soluble inhydrocarbons and solvent containing hydroxyl. The photo-crosslinking of polymerfilm was carried out under UV irradiation in the absence of photoinitiator. After60sfor UV irradiation, the degree of photo-crosslinking could over45%and its highestdegree of photo-crosslinking is about80%。The polyether oligomer (PASABP) was prepared via condensation reaction withDABP and perfluorinated biphenyl (DFBP). Chain segments of polyether sulfone(PESPAE) with hydroxyl sealing side chain were prepared with UV photosensitive4DHC and DFDPS, then the copolymerization reacted DHC with the length of11ofand DABP with different chain lengths of8,11and15,which can be applied toalkaline anion exchange membrane fuel cell. The photosensitivity of synthetizedpolymer was tested under UV-Vis and the photo-crosslinking reaction carried out on C=C in the main chain of4DHC under UV-Vis without photoinitiator,the degree ofphoto-crosslinking reaction reached more than70%with UV light for20min,whichdemonstrated that the polymer owning favorable photosensitivityThermal stability of polymers was tested by TGA and DSC. The results showedthat the first zero-period was about256℃-280℃, which was the decomposition ofdimethyl-ammonium group in the polymer side chain, and the second zero-period wasover400℃, which which was the decomposition of the main chain in the polymer.With the increasing of dimethyl-ammonium chain group, the Thermal stability ofpolymers was reducing gradually. Thermal stability of polymers promoted notablyafter crosslinking. With the increasing of DABP, Td1and Td2were reducingcontinuously. The results proved the crosslinking structure could improve thethermostability of the polymers. |
