This thesis is divided into two parts:The first part is the study of copper catalyzed coupling reaction of N-acetyl indolesand halogenated aromatics building C-N bonds. In this section, we reviewed theresearch background and history of cross-coupling reaction to build C-N bonds at first.Cu sources and ligands used on this catalytic system were introduced. On this basis, the cross-coupling reaction of copper catalyzed N-acetyl indoles and halogenatedarenes to form C-N bond were studied which included the optimization of reactionconditions and substrate expansion. And a series of N-acetyl indole aromaticcompounds were synthesized. The second part is the study of palladium catalyzed self-coupling reaction of olefinsto form C-C bond. In this part, the palladium catalytic aromatics with olefins andolefins self-coupling to build C-C bond were reviewed at first. On this basis, we triedto study the self coupling of olefins by palladium catalysts. The reaction conditionswere optimized, and the scope of substrates was extended. |
