With constantly enhance the steel protection awareness,hot dip galvanizing processmore and more widely.Hot-dip galvanizing pot as the core component of of hot dipgalvanizing process directly affects the hot dip galvanizing process efficiency and qualityof galvanized steel. Without any surface treatment of the hot-dip galvanizing potsusceptible to molten zinc corrosion of short life.Order to improve the hot-dip galvanizingpot life and reduce the corrosion of molten zinc galvanized pot, using plasma sprayingmethod on Q235Steel Mo coating, FeAl coating and Mo/FeAl composite coating ofprepared to study the coating on theease of corrosive action of molten zinc galvanized pot.Plasma spraying process parameters in the coating preparation process has beenoptimized, and found that: FeAl coating optimized bonding strength up to83.7MPa, Mocoating layer of the bonding strength of69.4MPa, of binding strength of the Mo/FeAlcomposite coatingup to51MPa.With SEM, EDS, XRD and other means of detection of FeAl coating, Mo coating andMo/FeAl composite coating microstructure, element distribution and phase compositionswere analyzed and found optimized denser coating, of coating and the substratebetweeninterfacial bonding strength.The FeAl coating and Mo/FeAl composite coating the same as in the460°thetemperature of molten zinc has good thermal shock resistance. Under the same testconditions, the thermal shock greater than the life the Mo/FeAl composite coating the FeAlcoating the Mo underlayer can effectively reduce the thermal mismatch stress the purposeto prolong the life the the coating thermal shock. After ultrasonic treatment at460°the Thethermal shock test conditions, the number the macrothecrack initiation the the Mo/FeAlcoating increased by136times to178times, Mo/FeAl coating thermal shock life the begreatly improved.The FeAl coating sectional microhardness law study found that, although there is thegreater dispersibility, FeAl coating microhardness but its hardness distribution the stillsubject the a normal distribution, and the hardness of the coating at a high level, which caneffectively improve the wear resistance the the substrate. Can know through the frictionwear test the FeAl coating coefficient of friction less the the coefficient of friction the theQ235substrate, antifriction can improve substrate.Total stress coating uniformbiaxial stress,45°uniform shear stress and xy uniformshear stress combined effect of the decision. Know the total stress in the coating and the substrate binding reaches a maximum at the residual stress the the drilling method tomeasure coating. It can be inferred at the coating and the substrate junction coating bondstrength minimum.Spray sample is placed in the liquid zinc corrosion test, the experimental results showthat the Mo/FeAl coating has good resistance the liquid zinc corrosion.
