With the advance of technology and the development of economic, the water pollutionproblem has been increasingly serious. Water is the source of the life. Traditional processingtechniques can ensure the quality of drinking water, but can not eliminate the traces of solubleorganic matter. At present, There are many methods in the degradation of organic water, butthe most used is photocatalysis technology.It has many advantages such as simple operation,low running costs, no secondary pollution, not requiring expensive equipment. Photocatalytictechnology has broad application prospects in waste water treatment. Therefore, It is veryimportant for practical significance and value to research on photocatalysis technologyapplication in the treatment of waste water.the synthesis of the nanometer iron oxide film has been studied in this paper by using themethod of citric acid complexing sol-gel method technology, and chosen the ordinary slide asbacking material to plate nanometer iron oxide film successfully, And the applications ofnanometer iron oxide film and its modified membrane in wastewater treatment was studied.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) using citric acid complexsol-gel and dip-pulling method,makes the nanometer iron oxide film, the conditions ofpreparation are: with ethylene glycol as solvent, citric acid as the starting material, nine waterferric nitrate and citric acid material ratio of1:1.5,80℃in the reaction time of3h, aging24hget gel; The best Film calcining temperature of500℃.(2)The nanometer iron oxide thin filmmaterials was modified by different methods, The nanometer iron oxide film and its modifiedmembrane were analyzed by SEM, XRD. The modification methods of physics can reducethe bump of film surface, but the micro crack will appear; Combined with XRD and SEM ofmodified nanometer iron oxide film were analyzed, in the method of physis, the effect ofPEG modification is the best; in the method of chemistry, Y3+in modifying can makerelatively well-proportioned film.(3) researching on the different factors of nanometer ironoxide thin film materials in the influence of photocatalytic efficiency. In the general air, donot add any applied under the condition of acid and alkali, accept the ultraviolet irradiation,3h to10mg/L active orange degradation rate was60%, in acidic pH value, the catalytic efficiency is above70%, and through the air condition, can reach more than80%. Differentcatalysts and catalytic, it was found that the Y3+modified nanometer iron oxide film ofphotocatalytic efficiency is the highest can reach83%, Sb3+modified nanometer iron oxidefilm is81%, followed by PEG modification of nanometer iron oxide film efficiency can reach71%.
