This article covers the introduction of the composition of miniaturization mobile dripinvented by our school and the leaching process parameters of miniaturized mobile dripleaching equipments, based on the comparison and analysis of three kinds of contaminatedsoil remediation technologies, and improves the design of restoring the soil required in theleaching process.Miniaturization of portable soil leaching equipment mainly consists of vibratingscreen machine, soil breaking device, leaching counter unit and leaching machine controlsystem, with each unit belongs to independent operation part. Assembly, disassembly andmodified form a complete set of portable leaching device. The purpose of this design isdesigning injector machine for contaminated soil in leaching operation control system,according to the drip machine structure and working process. Drip machine are mainlymade of the horizontal cylinder, horizontal roller rotation, bracket, some accessories, suchas motor, the rotating outer drum with internal double layer structure. Within the outerwater cylinder body the motor drives the drum in which the soil leaching is realized,because for the double deck structure drip is realized by using the high-speed centrifugaldrum rotation for mud solid-liquid separation, collection of soil leaching, rinse, solid-liquidseparation, recoiling and a series of leaching process within the injector machine to fill inthe blank in miniaturization of portable soil leaching of complete sets of equipment of dripcontaminated soil remediation technologies.As the core unit in soil drip washing machine, the complete sets of equipment isdesigned in solid-liquid separation.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages ofseveral kinds of control systems, PLC control system is selected to realize the drip machinerunning, according to the working process of the drip machine in order to accomplishautomatic control of the drip machine running. Ac servo is implemented to drive the dripmachine motor, washing and rinsing, such as solid-liquid separation process, the servo acmotor can achieve precise operation through cooperation with servo drives. Servo drive can rely on the PLC instruction signal in the trapezoidal diagram of PLC control system,change the servo ac motor speed, steering, the change of run time and positive andnegative frequency of some column leaching parameters. Also included in the controlsystem design of PLC, is ac servo motor, servo drive, HMI, NFB and MC and a series ofequipment type selection is performed, and the connection between the equipment work.Controlling drip machine by PLC control system design and operation parameters canmediate system automation control, realizes the miniaturization of portable soil leachingoperation requirements of complete sets of equipment.Before the pollution soil is leached, the contaminated soil needs screening to conformto the requirements of the leaching of soil particles. Because of the presence of large pieceof soil materials, the bought vibrating screen machine can’t cut large pieces of soilvibration for screening, soil sieve machine feeding mouth are added in a single soilcrushing plant to screen before bulk soil to soil crushing, soil are directly sent into shakerengine inlet screening operations after crushed.
