Both strip method and filling goaf method are effective ways to control thesurface subsidence. But practice shows that, either mining coal seam with the stripmethod or filling goaf, The part of the building in the village above mine is still on thelevel I slight damage,when workers are mining under the village. Which will reducethe service life of buildings, and it might cause casualties. The six mining area of GuoEr Zhuang coal mine are under villages, Which is buried at the depth of400m,and thecoal seam thickness is2m, angle is between4°and8°. The buildings inside villageare old, and easy to be damaged. Besides, most of the residents is left-behind oldpeople,women and children. Considering these reasons, Guo Er Zhuang coal minerequirements that the surface subsidence is in strictly control,when mining the coalseam in the six mining area. According to the six mining area geological conditionand the surface condition, making an commond that we control the decrease ofsurface subsidence by both using the strip mining and filling goaf. This article learnthe overlying strata movement rule of the theory firstly. Through the computersimulation and laboratory simulation, proving that stripe mining and filling goafconnecting can meet the requirements of the low surface subsidence in Guo ErZhuang coal mine. And creatively putting forward that the high water material as asecond filoing and the airbag as isolation retaining the filling wall. In order to verifythe feasibility of innovative thinking, mainly done the following several aspects:(1) Referring to a large number of documents, the formation of the "three zones"division and the control factors of surface subsidence are introduced. and getting theformula of roof deflection by theory, which can infer the amount of surfacesubsidence in theory.(2) In order tu get the variation of caol seam’s stress and strain in different stripewidth and under the full rate of paste filling, we set the numerical model by use FLACand operate it. We can get the best band width and the optimal filling rate bycalculating. Not only can satisfy the requirement of coal production and fillingprocess, but also can strictly control the surface subsidence. And the secondary highwater material filling effect is analyzed.(3) Under the pumping conditions of mass fraction in the paste slurry, we conduct analog simulation experimentI in the lab for different material ratio of paste filling.According to the bleeding ratio of the paste and the drop of the height, the optimalmaterial proportion can be found. Under the condition of different filling width, wecontinue to do experiments to find the right filling width. Then we replace the coalgangue with construction waste. According to the experimental results, we canconfirm whether worth to be replaced. At last, we will validate the second fillingeffect.(4) We analysis the technical feasibility and economic and social benefits ofisolation of airbag and the second filling by using high-water rapid-solidifyingmaterial.
