Corrosion of steel is a very serious problem, atmospheric corrosion is the most commontype of corrosion. Exposure experiments of the natural environment is the most commonly usedtest method of atmospheric corrosion, outdoor exposure test is true, accurate, but the experimentperiod is often long. For the above problems. The drying wet compound cycle test carried out onthe steel in the laboratory, short-term accelerated corrosion is a kind of effective method, it cansimulate the process of atmospheric corrosion, approximate inference outdoor exposure testresults, then this method can forecast the steel atmospheric corrosion resisting life, by throughthe leaching cycle corrosion test box in the week in the accelerated corrosion test. the test casecan be used for the research and development of refractory steel, weathering steel, bridge steel,heavy steel and other steel work, of which the temperature and humidity is a key to control theentire test, so the key of corrosion resistance test is the control of temperature and humidity.The development of the cyclic immersion corrosion test box control system as thebackground, this paper introduces the immersion corrosion test box, hardware and softwaredesign of the control system, and analyzes the influence factors of the control box temperatureand humidity, the cyclic immersion cyclic corrosion test box is a nonlinear, time-varying, largedelay the system, using the expert system for temperature control, humidity using the fuzzyself-adaptive PID control,Firstly, the expert system and the related theories of fuzzy adaptivePID, by establishing the system model, the fuzzy adaptive PID control of temperature andhumidity effect of expert system is studied, compared with the conventional PID control curve,fully demonstrated the two control live, good robustness, small static slip.Finally, as Siemens S7-300system automatic control system for hardware platform andcompleted control programming and debugging as the software platform step7and fameview,the control system achieved the above-mentioned two kinds of control algorithm, the correlationcurve which collected also confirmed this method, and eventually the whole test box controleffect was confirmed very good.
