TiO2films show good antibacterial property, super-hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity under UV irradiation. These characteristics make it used in a wide range of applications in fields of antibacterial, antifogging, decomposition of organic matters and self-cleaning. Recent studies have focused on expanding the visible light spectrum response range of TiO2films. So as to improve the film antibacterial property, hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity. This work mainly adopts sol-gel method and electron beam evaporation method in preparation of TiO2films base on glass slide. And mainly through the sol doping and ion beam injection doping methods to make different doping ration of Ag-TiO2, La-TiO2, CNT-TiO2binary composite film, and Ag-CNT-TiO2, N-CNT-TiO2ternary composite film. XRD、SEM、UV-vis、XPS measurements were used to analysis microstructure of doping films, and the effect of different concentration doping elements on TiO2films of antibacterial property, super-hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity was analysised. The results show that:(1) The Ag-TiO2films were prepared by sol-gel doping method and electron-beam evaporation system, implanting silver ions. The antibacterial ability of Escherichia coliform (E. coli) and light-induced hydrophilicity were significantly improved. The optimal sol doping concentration was5%, and UV-vis test showed the most obvious red shift was happened to5%silver doped film. The adhesion between films and glass slides were enhanced by ion implantation doping.(2) The hydrophilicity of La-TiO2and CNT-TiO2composite films were enhanced with suitable doping concentration. SEM parttens showed that the size of TiO2crystals became smaller due to lanthanum doped. The photocatalytic activity was tested by decomposing methyl orange, The results indicated the photocatalytic activity of CNT-TiO2films was better than pure TiO2film. (3) The hydrophilicity of Ag-CNT-TiO2and N-CNT-TiO2ternary composite film was obviously improved. Especially N-CNT-TiO2ternary composite film can show hydrophilic in the visible light. Significantly improving the utilizationof visible light. And the Ag-CNT-TiO2films can decompose methyl orange rapidly after under UV irradiation for120min. The photocatalytic activity is obviously superior to the CNT-TiO2and TiO2nanometer films.The results showed that the hydrophilicity of binary and ternary composite films were better than the pure TiO2film. Meanwhile the antibacterial property and photocatalytic activity have improved.
