Operating with pressure is a technological method in oil exploitation. It refers tounder the condition of not killing well or blowout, through controlling the equipment ofoperating with pressure and pipe plugging device, to finish the operation of workoverand completion on oil, gas, and water wells. This method can be used to implementstripping, new well completion perforating, old well perforations adding, acidizing,fracturing, drilling plug with pressure, sand washing, dredging water well, etc. Inpetroleum exploration, operating with pressure can enhance oil recovery, reduce theexploration cost, save resource and reduce consumption, protect the ecologicalenvironment, and improve the safety of oil field construction.Operating with pressure has special advantage in water injection well. In waterflooding, affected by the formation permeability, water injection pressure is muchhigher, if the routine operations, it must use the high density fluid orblowout, well pressure decreased after operation. Well pressure operation couldblock the effect of underground water channels, oil production and waterinjection effect; if the discharge pressure, the formation willrelease a large amount ofenergy, bring bigger loss to follow-up production, but also can cause a lot of pollutionof the ground. Such as the use of pressurized operation process, directly to the wellworkover, saving well killing fluid at the same time, minimize the formation damage; atthe same time without discharge, reduce the waste of water resources, avoid thepollution of the environment, is of great significance to the oilfield.Currently operating with pressure workover equipment to skidmounted auxiliary type sealing short stroke operation equipment. This device ismainly composed of a power system, well control system, improve/under thepressure of system, control system and other components. The majorityof equipment in accordance with the well workover technology standards for theconstruction, function complex, equipment purchase cost is high, used for waterinjection well workover, the economy is not good. Plant covers an area of large, notsuitable for villages, farmland and other well the small size of the workingenvironment. Equipment installation is not convenient, there is a risk of hydraulicsystem contamination during the installation process, is not conducive tothe operation of the equipment, also does not conform to protect environmentrequirements, in the river nearby work, problems are more obvious. The equipment is operated by two persons at risk of miss operation. These problems, greatly limitsthe pressure operation technology used in water injection well workover field.Aiming at this problem put forward the design idea of workover rig operating withpressure of integrated vehicle: the design of a dynamic integration, integration, theoperation moved vehicular integration of workover rig with pressure operation. Thispaper describes the characteristics of the equipment, the workover rig design ideas,and on the two core problems in the process of design: integrated hydraulic systemdesign and finite element analysis of derrick structure are described in detail.Through the design, the integrated vehicle workover rig with pressure operation isan engine, a hydraulic station, performed by a centralized operation, the realization ofthe two sets of equipment integrated transportation, independent moving, thus greatlyreduce fuel consumption, improve the operation efficiency and operation withpressure of safety and environmental protection working with pressure, and singlewell construction cycle is shortened for1-2days, and achieved good economic andsocial benefits.
