SPS composite steel plate with high mechanical strength, light weight, simple structure,anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion ability a series of advantages, so in ship construction, repairhas great advantages and potential applications.This paper studied the stability of the SPScomposite steel plate, based on the stability the SPS composite steel plate optimized design.Specific work as follows:This paper has studied the SPS composite steel plate equivalent theory from threeaspects of the equivalent stiffness, strength and energy equivalent equivalent three aspects.Atthe same time according to the equivalent simplified calculation and the equivalentsubstitution of two aspects of purpose, were given equivalent parameters or equivalent platesize.Because every theory has its own scope of application, each kind of theory isdiscussed.Thus according to different conditions of different equivalent theory application.According to the application purpose is different, each equivalent to simplify the theorycalculation and the equivalent substitution of two aspects of narrative.In this paper the application of the finite element software ANSYS,On three kinds ofstiffened plates with different shapes of SPS composite plate stability analysis.At the sametime,This article has studied of the impact from the Stiffened Wall number and Reinforcedsiding parameters, such as the web height, web thickness, flange width, flange thickness toSPS stiffened panel buckling behavior.In order to better study on the stability of SPScomposite steel plate,This paper established entity model can simulate debonding between thesurface of steel plate and core layer, to study the local characteristics of the SPS compositesteel plate.In order to verify the application effect of the model, the model was applied tosimulation of in-plane compression and debonding calculation and simulation, and comparedwith the double cantilever beam (DCB) and the single leg bending (SLB) tests analysis.SPScomposite steel plate failure mode is given for different conditions.Depending on the operating conditions and design requirements, select a different failuremode, and failure mode does not appear selected as constraints, plus stiffness constraints,weight loss is the goal, the application of the sequential quadratic programming method(SQP)SPS compositesteel plate geometry and material selection for the optimization design of equivalent marine steel plate.
