Electronic organ development over hundreds of years, its design and productiontechnology has been mature. The present micro electronic organ research on children’stoys has broad market prospects. Because of low cost, strong function, The microelectronic organ was deeply loved by the masses of people, is the first choice forelectronic organ beginner. The domestic study on micro electronic piano has a lot of, itsdesign and the way they are varied, mainly to produce sound source and control the useof single-chip, EDA sound technology, PLC technology etc.. The purpose of this designis to develop a suitable for toys and small objects, can produce micro electronic organneed sound effects, design is the principle of multiple functions, low cost, strongexpansibility, as far as possible the use of mature technology, ensure the stability andsecurity.This design is based on AT89S52single chip microcomputer as the core of thesystem control part, prepared by the design of hardware circuit and software, then thesoftware and hardware debugging run, eventually reached the design circuit ofinstruments, song, storage and display function. The design is characterized by the useof microcomputer control timer/counter T0to generate a Fang Bo frequency signal,and each frequency signal corresponding to different scales, each controlled by acorresponding button; produce different frequencies to obtain the scale we require theuse of single-chip, finally free to play the music you want to express; system and timing/counting principle to control the player voice application interrupt design, mustdetermine the notes and the beat of music are implemented by programming language,you can use it to play and play music.In the process of system design, mainly completed following several aspects of thework:(1) The development and research of domestic and foreign electronic organ isanalyzed, a clear purpose and significance of this design;(2) Introduced the principle and application design of miniature electronic organ,and the single chip microcomputer principle of sound made the final scheme, systemdesign and repeated demonstration, lay the foundation for system design stage;(3) the design of hardware, including AT89S52module circuit, the keyboard scan module circuit, digital display circuit, audio processing module circuit, power modulecircuit etc.;(4) the system software design, including the system main program design, audioprocessing module, the keyboard scan module design etc.;(5) the realization and test system, using circuit and sound Proteus ISISsimulation software and oscilloscope of the system test, and the simulation test anddebug the software.The design is simple, clear, concise, low cost, optimizing the control method of theelectronic organ, fully embodies the advantages of computer as a intelligent controlterminal.
