Growing water scarcity and environmental pollution increasingly serious today,industrial wastewater treatment has caused the attention of related people. Reducingemissions of industrial wastewater and treatment of industrial wastewater has become one ofthe important problem of environmental branch in China. In this paper, organic wastewatertreatment was studied of a spices factory, using wastewater itself characteristic, utilizedistillation, microelectrolysis, Fenton method and precipitation method, we do a lot of workand receive better treatment effect.This paper mainly consists of two parts.The first part: waste water quantity and water quality is different and volatile fordifferent production process, in order to seek optimal treatment method of wastewater,measure basic indicators for wastewater, include: wastewater chromaticity, pH, salinity andCOD. Through continuous monitoring, and find that the color of sample is higher than200,pH is about1.6, salinity is13%,COD in170000220000mg/L and water quality indexesare volatile. According to the situation of spices wastewater, make the use of distillation-microelectrolysis-Fenton-flocculation precipitation process treating the wastewater in statictest. In this section, selecting optimal experiment conditions of methods and examine removalof COD in every step. Finally, the water is colorless, odorless and transparent liquid, CODfrom201960mg/L dropped to46000mg/L and the final removal rate reached77%.The second part: The optimum processing conditions in the static test transfer to thedynamic device. Using distillation-microelectrolysis-Fenton-flocculation precipitationcontinuous process, examine actual running situation about dynamic treatment process, andmodify the problem for the whole process, to perfect the process and provide basic data forthis kind of organic wastewater treatment. Based on the investigation to the COD removalrate, and compare the results of static experiments and dynamic experiments. The effects isbetter in dynamic experiments, the removal rate of COD increased to82%. Experimentsfollow the existence of iron ion. Thus, Fe2+ and Fe3+ concentrations are measured in dynamicprocessing, the results shows that Fe2+ and Fe3+ concentration down to10-5 mol/L after theflocculation reaction, combining with the removal efficiency of COD, we believe thecombine process that distillation-microelectrolysis-Fenton-flocculation precipitation obtain good effect for the spices wastewater pretreatment. Now, according to this process, a spicefactory has been built waste treatment station in Dalian and these methods can be put into use.
