Constructing C-C bond has always been organic chemical synthesis steps and halogenated hydrocarbons in the C-C coupling is a very important way. Since it has been found, due to its high efficiency as well as broad applicability of the raw material substrate, become one of the most important tools of organic synthesis, and it is widely used in various operations of the medicine, pesticide and fine chemical products.Compared nano-transition metal catalyst with traditional transition catalyst, nano transition metal catalyst has certain advantages. It can improve the efficiency of the reaction and control the speed and selectivity of the reaction.This paper is based on this background, with the method of nano-palladium catalysts, to explore one of the C-C coupling methods-Suzuki coupling.First of all, started from the definition and classification of the coupling reaction, the factors of Suzuki coupling reactions, the research progress and applications in the modern organic synthesis of the Suzuki coupling reactions are introduced.Secondly, in the following chapter, the study of Suzuki coupling reactions is introduced. Then introduce the palladium nano-particle catalyze simple Suzuki reaction screening conditions, including solvents, different alkalis, the amount of catalyst and so on of many factors of the reactions, and finally, a best way of experimental of this reaction is achieved.Thirdly, in this chapter, the expansion of the substrate, including different heterocyclicbrominated materials (2-bromothiophene,2,5-diiodothioph-ene-2-bromopridine,3-bromopridine, etc), different aryboronic acids (electron-donating and electron-accepting groups) are introduced. And all of those materials for the reactions have achieved good results which proved that the nano-palladium can catalyze the Suzuki coupling reactions, and achieved the purpose of reduce the amount of catalysts for the reactions.In the fourth chapter, the synthesis of palladium catalyst containing aromatic ring of fluorence compounds to be made a preliminary inquiry to. Probably no clear understanding of the mechanism or deviation in the experimental led to the experiment hasn’t been succeed.
