This essay discusses the research, control of asepsis and verification of tea aseptic line. The discussion is based on the study of aseptic environment, filling, container pretreatment, raw material sterilization, and final product. Sensitive materials (microorganism nutrition-Medium) are designed specially for production line. Monitor and check the maintaining aseptic situation during the whole testing process, to make the sterilization in a period, to lay a foundation for future tea production, meanwhile, to ensure the aseptic of beverage production line.Firstly, control of asepsis and verification of aseptic line is to keep the aseptic situation of the line, according to the following study and demonstration:sterilization of environment and raw material, sterile air and water maintenance, reliability of whole system. The target of all the study is to reach the longest period research and test and then lay a basis of the follow-up production. The main content contains tests of aseptic environment, sterile water and air, longest production period, sterilization result confirmation, and cleanliness of line cleaning.Secondly, discuss the aseptic line production status, verify the best processing technique and parameters, confirm cleaning period, establish daily maintenance, effectively monitor the related parameter and condition, maintaining and determining of production sterility, to keep the line sterile, and reach the stable production quality and best economic effectiveness.
