Recently, metal tungstate has been widely concerned because of its superior electrical, optical, magnetic and other properties. Its micro/nano materials have great application prospect in luminescence materials, catalytic materials, magnetic materials, laser donor materials and antibacterial materials. It becomes another hot spot of research to study the preparation of micro/nano material of tungstate and explore the nature and development and application of new areas. There are a lot of methods to compound tungstate, mainly including solid phase method, molten salt method, hydrothermal method, etc. But these methods have some limitations:the complicated synthesis process, higher reaction temperature Jong holding time, irregular shape and big particle size and so on.In this paper, we designed a simple and convenient liquid synthetic route. Using room temperature precipitation method we had composed distributed spherical micro/nano strontium tungstate, and use the XRD, FESEM, TEM to analysis of the phase and morphology of the sample. The influence of reaction conditions on the product has been resarched, and its light catalytic properties were studied. The main work as follows:(1)Using sodium tungstate and strontium chloride as the raw material we prepared the precursor through co-precipitating at room temperature. The product is uniform distribution of spherical strontium tungstate micro/nano materials. Then putting the spherical strontium tungstate into concentrated nitric acid we can get the hollow spherical tungsten trioxide. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effect of the surfactant concentration and reaction pH on the final products have also been investigated in detail. And furthe rmore the tungsten trioxide on the photocatalytic performance was studied.(2)We compound good morphology of zinc tungstate and lead tungstate micro/nano materials employing the method of co-precipitation at room temperature. We use the XRD, FESEM, TEM to analysis of the phase and morphology of the sample and preliminarily discuss the influence of reaction pH and reaction time on the morphology. Research results show that without any auxiliary measures we can get uniform pattern of zinc tungstate nanoparticles and octahedral crystal lead tungstate nanoparticles at room temperature.Studies have also shown that the pattern of zinc tungstate micro/nano material has good photocatalytic performance.
