In order to solve the hard roof caving working face difficult problems in Gubei Coal Mine,1312(1) working face as the background, the integrated use of experimental research, theoretical analysis, physical simulation, numerical simulation method, studied under hard roof overburden height of "three zones", dynamic evolution, dynamic fracture the overburden stress field and displacement field and plastic zone, and the change law, passed on1312(1) working face measured summed up under hard roof of stope ground pressure control law and its surrounding rock technology. The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1) Reveals the pressure and strata movement rule of working face under hard roof mine.(2) Summarizes the general methods to control the surrounding rock under hard roof in Huainan Gubei Coal Mine,1312(1) of hard roof of large area encountered the first stoping face when the suspension roof and not collapse problem falls, the extraction of hard roof working face with strong support, not only needs to have the high working resistance and the high initial support force, sufficient stability and resistance to horizontal force and impact the timely discharge capacity, to effectively control the roof, working face must also take reasonable way of weakening roof, and the selection of reasonable support way, to ensure that the working surface has enough support strength and the hard roof is easy to fracture.(3) Analyzed the change rule of working face front abutment stress from multiple angles, methods and numerical simulation of hard roof conditions and weak roof condition, working face front abutment stress peak value and peak stress from working face coal wall distance on.(4) With the similar simulation, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis of three methods, and combining with the actual working surface characteristics of strata behaviors, the overlying strata of the "three zones" development characteristics.(5)1312(1) working face reality to establish the mechanical model of basic roof weighting period for the first time, and the four side for clamped on initial mining strata stress, bending moment, deflection and bending strain energy of expression, and analyzed the main influencing factors of each internal force for basic roof fracture location, order and internal stress field and displacement field of overlying strata change law raised the theory basis.In this paper, the application of research results, achieved under the condition of hard roof coal mining safety and efficiency, place the sustainable development of coal industry in China has important practical significance and great economic benefit.
