China has plenty of non-wood raw materials, including bamboo, straw, bagasse, etc.,rationally utilizing non-wood fiber raw materials is vital for the sustainable development ofpulp and paper industry. This paper took clean pulping of bagasse as heart line, emphasized theresearch&production practice of clean bleaching technology, summarized the bleachproduction practice and provided a solution for the scaling problem during the production, thenprovided theoretical and practical support for the clean production of the non-wood pulp.This project produces50,000tons absolutely dry bagasse pulp every year, usingcontinuous cooking technology with soda, both totally chlorine free and elemental chlorine freebleaching technology, closed screening system, formed a set of chemical recovery system,wastewater treatment system and other environmental protection measures. In the running ofTCF OpQPo bleaching system, the brightness of bleached pulp could be higher than80%ISO,ash content is0.513%, the viscosity could be40%higher than that the traditional CEH bleachedpulp, the physical properties of paper is also better than that of CEH bleaching. In addition, theamount of fresh water during the production decrease largely, less wastewater is discharged,and the pollution load is low, resulting in a good environmental benefits.Scaling was found to be a major problem that affecting the continuous of production duringthe production practice. The main component of the scale was found to be calcium after analysis,could reach97.36%, in addition, a small amount of silicate scale was also be found. Base onthe comprehensive comparison between various process technologies, electromagnetic anti-scaling technology was put forward to prevent scaling. Dynamic experiment was performedsystematically to explore the effect of anti-scaling and it was used in the production line.Dynamic experiment indicate that at the condition of0.5KHz of electromagnetic frequency and40turns of coil turns, the best anti-scaling result gained, and the anti-scaling rate was41.88%;the increase of temperature could enhance the anti-scaling effect within a certain temperaturerange,46.53%anti-scaling rate was gained at90℃.In addition, the better anti-scaling effect,the smaller conductivity of aqueous solution and the calcium ion concentration, but theprecipitation of the water was larger; by the analysis of SEM, the crystal size become smaller and configuration was tightly, so it’s hard to be deposited. Production practices confirmed thatelectromagnetic method has good anti-scale effect, showing a good outlook.
