In coal-fired power plants, inputs of flue gas desulfurization device caneffectively reduce the pollutants in the power plant exhaust, it achieve goodresults.Flue gas desulfurization systems generally use the gypsum desulfurization,mainly use limestone (CaCO3), lime (CaO) or sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) slurryas detergent to wash the flue gas in the reaction tower, so that removing the SO2in the flue gas. The power plant desulfurization system uses the seawaterdesulfurization method, the primary reason why using seawater desulfurizationmethod is the location, it is best suited for seaside power plant use.This article is from practical engineering of view, mainly do the followingresearch in the context of a foreign seaside plant desulfurization systems for two300MW units.Analyze the process of Seawater FGD, expound the mechanism ofdesulfurization, discuss the influencing factors of desulfurization characteristics,according to the actual condition of the project, focus the temperature controlsystem with large time delay.According to a large number of data research and summarization of practicalexperience, on the basis of design requirements of the system, as the completionof the basic control functions, this article design the Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC) to deal directly with oil subsystem mailbox oil temperature control whichis such a large time delay control object in order to achieve the purpose of precisecontrol.According to the structure and function of the system, design a set of controlsystem which complies with the requirements. Require this system to be in linewith power standards and regulations, adapt to the level of overall plant control,meet the requirements of the operation and management of power plants and achieve the control functions and monitoring functions.As the purpose of complete control functions and precise temperature, thisarticle test and verify the scientificalness of the control system according to theresult of simulation experiments and actual operation.This control system designed in this article is a complete and effectivesystem, control effect of temperature control system for petrol station oil isaccurate and fast, simulation experiments, and on-site commissioning run resultsshow that the control effect of desulfurization control system met the designrequirements, operation of the system is stable, the design and methods havegood reference significance for seaside power plant desulfurization system andaccurate temperature control based on PLC.
