The refinery atmospheric tower is the leading device of petrochemical enterprises. Atmospheric pressure overhead cooling system corrosion could have an impact on the refining device security and long time running,also bring huge economic losses to corporations. Therefore, for the device operating safely and effectively in a long-term, increase the competitiveness of enterprises, improve enterprise efficiency, to carry out factors which atmospheric tower overhead cooling system corrosion Influencing the refinery urgent problem.In this paper, There is a analysis about refinery atmospheric tower tower cooling system corrosion, by studying the water composition of heat exchanger and corrosion failure models,conclude the corrosion form is pitting corrosion.Concluding the main reason for heat exchanger failure is temperature, pH value, S2+concentration of NH4+concentration of Cl"ions.Bring orthogonal design and main factor theories to top cooling system corrosion research areas, Using orthogonal design method to design test of corrosion, get the best proper group of test, achieve noise curve by electrochemical test, polarization curve, AC impedance curve, Mott-Schottky curve corresponding electrochemical test information. Using SPSS software to analyze the obtained test data and establish the relationship between the model316stainless steel corrosion evaluation and influencing factors, the qualitative or quantitative relationship between the corrosion evaluation and corrosion factors. The electrochemical probe online monitoring detector simulated cooling water corrosion monitoring, the electrochemical probe monitoring detector monitoring the simulated cooling water corrosion, the316stainless steel corrosion evaluation and influencing factors established the relationship between model validation, The results show that:the noise resistance Rn, the PI and corrosion, pitting indicators influencing factors model is correct, and provide guidance for online monitoring and protection.Finally, the results could give advise for the normal, safe, reliable operation of heat exchanger. The established corrosion factor relational model for anti-corrosion of the equipment provide new ideas to improve the atmospheric tower cooling system device reliability, extend the safe operation of equipment cycle, reduce production costs, and ensure the safety and economic benefits of the production and also has a certain theoretical significanceand application value.
