With the growth of global energy demand, oil and natural gas has become increasingly needing for the world economy at present. Oil-gas mixture transportation technology is a way of oil field exploitation. Because of the feature of high-efficiency and economy, it is interested in the majority of countries and widely applied in recent years. Axial oil-gas multiphase pump as a transmission of power equipment with conventional axial pump and axial-flow compressor performance take oil-gas mixture transportation technology as the core. Compression unit as the core component of oil-gas multiphase pump has an effect on the oil and gas two-phase blending transportation and the stability of fluid flow in the pump. Therefore, the design of optimize compression unit not only become the head focus in the oil and gas two-phase blending transportation research, but also it has a great significance to improve the axial oil-gas multiphase pump performance and enhance the level of pump design.In this paper, flow field and theoretical design is analyzed, and the distribution of velocity, static pressure and gas-liquid two-phase are obtained. It offers data for the further optimization design of axial gas-oil multiphase pump.The main works are as follows:1. The axial flow pump lift method and basic technical parameters has been put to use to make gas-oil multiphase pump compression unit theoretical design meanwhile combines with design theory of pump and compressor. And now the compression unit three-dimensional solid model is established with Pro/E software before importing them into the GAMBIT of pre-processing software in FLUENT and meshing them. Then the mesh generation technology is briefly described.2. Based on gas-liquid two-phase flow theory and the basic method of flow field research, FLUENT6.3software are used to make compression unit model numerical simulation, the distribution of velocity, static pressure, and gas-liquid two-phase are obtained under different conditions for internal flow.3. Through the analysis and research on the simulation results, to change inadequacies of the flow field, the theoretical design of the model parameters is re-adjusted and the compression unit model structure is, so gas-liquid mixing capabilities has been optimized in the compression unit and the rationality of axial gas-oil multiphase pump compression unit design theory is verified.4.On the basis of optimized repeatedly for model, the cascade theory and designing parameter is to start with the discuss that the plane of the rotor blades overlap factor, cascade densities and other parameters having effect to the compression unit model structure and flow field flow state.
