Absorbing carbon dioxide of boiler flue gas of the power plant with MEA solution could reduce CO2emissions. MEA solution could be recycling, steam turbine extractions provide energy for its regeneration. The thermal efficiency drops much of unit due to high energy consumption of regeneration. Therefore, solar energy could supply energy for MEA solution regeneration, and reduce the energy consumption of carbon dioxide reduction of the power plant.Condensed water is heated by solar collectors, and it could provide energy for MEA solution regeneration that absorbed carbon dioxide. The paper studies the liquidity and heat conductivity in the absorption tube of DSG collector. Establishing the steady heat transfer model from fluid (single-phase or two-phase) of absorption tube, the pressure drop along fluid flowing is calculated. The calculation result is that thermal efficiency increased with the increase current velocity and radiation intensity and decreased with the increase fluid temperature. When between the absorption tube and watch-glass tube is air, the thermal efficiency is decline. The pressure drop increases with fluid flowing, the pressure drop of single-phase is linearly correlated with fluid flowing. The pressure drop of two-phase is First slowly then faster with fluid flowing.In the paper, the comparison with carbon dioxide reduction of solar energy and carbon dioxide reduction of the normal power plant is calculated. The coal consumption drops when the normal power plant integrated solar collector system. Coal saving increase along with increased efficiency of carbon dioxide capture. When the efficiency of carbon dioxide capture is90%, compared with carbon dioxide reduction of the normal power plant, the coal consumption of carbon dioxide reduction of solar energy drop43.5t/h (two-phase) and45.7t/h (single-phase). By the cost estimating of investment, The investment recovery period is about12years.
