In order to change the reflectivity of the carbon fiber cloth, The modification methods and technologies of carbon fiber cloth is studied based on the effects of different medium plane on vertically incident plane wave and infrared radiation theory by the electromagnetic modification technologies of carbon fiber. The radar reflection characteristics of modified carbon fiber cloth in X and Ka band is summarized, and the IR emissivity in5~14μm is discussed.In order to improve conductive properties of carbon fiber cloth, Electroless plating of Ni, Cu, and Ni-P-Fe-Co quaternary alloy on the surface of carbon fiber cloth is put forward to metalized carbon fiber cloth based on Carbon fiber modification techniques and theories. The modification technologies of electroless nickel and copper plating is optimized by orthogonal experiments whose main indicators is weighting rate, the stability of the bath, surface gloss. Influence of the concentration of three major salt on the alloy plating electroless plating modification effect by single factor variable method is discussed.To reduce the conductive properties of carbon fiber cloth, Carbon fiber cloth that is coated with polyaniline and oxidized by nitrate acid is used. The modification technologies that using polyaniline coat carbon fiber cloth is optimized by orthogonal experiments whose main indicators is the resistance of modified carbon fiber cloth. Influence of the nitric acid oxidation process on the resistance of modified carbon fiber cloth by single factor variable method is discussed.Testing samples of carbon fiber cloth which was modified by the optimal technologies is prepared, and the apparent morphology, resistance, weighting rate, radar reflectivity, and infrared emissivity is tested. The impact of various factors on the modification process and related properties of carbon fiber cloth radar reflectivity and infrared emissivity is analyzed and summarized.
