The first continuous casting machine mold oscillation system is based on the eccentric wheel driven mechanical vibration device, but have been unable to meet the requirements of modern production rhythm and process. Crystallizer hydraulic servo system as a mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and computer-coupled system, with a simple structure, the smooth mold oscillation, the negative slide a short time, the advantages of the vibration frequency, effectively improve the mold life, and electro-hydraulic servo mold oscillation system has the following advantages:the vibration force by the two incoming mold, transfer evenly; distortion in the high-frequency vibration, smooth motion, high frequency and low frequency vibration, the vibration-oriented, high accuracy; compact, simple, transfer part of a small mold is convenient to adjust, maintain; PLC control with high reliability and high anti-interference ability, long-term guarantee that the stability of the vibration waveform; can change the vibration curve and can set the vibration waveform, and other online continuous casting machine can be poured steels. And computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo mold oscillation system, can easily produce a variety of rules to achieve control of the process of supervision, and to modify the vibration parameters in real time according to the casting speed, in order to achieve the automation of continuous casting process, mold oscillation system direction of development.The vibration of the continuous casting mold is an important factor affecting the continuous casting production, it is mainly divided into four ways:synchronous vibration, negative sliding vibration, sinusoidal vibration and non-sinusoidal vibration.
