Application And Research Of Grouting Technology In Bird Mountain Kilometer Mine

The kilometer shaft of bird mountain coal mine suffered serious water inrush disaster,decided to adopt the method of grouting water plugging to management the shaft. In order toachieve the idel effect, according to Newton’s law of friction resistance and force of equilibriumlaw derived the model of tilt fracture grouting in condition of flowing water. Analyzed the waterflow, the tilt Angle to the influence of the slurry diffusion and the slurry diffusion rule with theaction of the two under the joint, know that,(1) The serous fluid diffusion area is round earlierthen is oval;(2)The diffusion radius is the largest when down slope (1800) and along the flowdirection;(3)In the same fracture, the diffusion radius increases with the grouting pressureincreases, but growth rate gradually slow down.Use the finite element analysis software ADINAto simulation the diffusion law of serous fluid in the plan fracture,get the distribution cloud ofserous pressure along the diffusion radius, and summed up the grout diffusion law, these rules iscoincide with the conclusion of the grouting model deduced earlier, proved the validity of thegrouting model. Then through the field gel experiment, clear the slurry gel time of different ratioof slurry. Finally, based on all the above foundation work, set the wind well grouting schemetheof bird mountain coal mine under the current situation of wellbore poured water inrush, thescheme proposed trends grouting, wall some special cloth hole way and other new groutingtechnique, at the same time according to the shaft wall management put forward the managementideas of innovation “drill ground water (hole)—drain discharge pressure—dynamic grouthing—composite support” together, practice proves the grouting scheme applied to shaft waterplugging achieves a good results.
