In the presence of metal ions more catalyst production of sludge, the elemental composition analysis, metal ion will have great effect on the pesticide preparation for shielding or removed, so that it can play the role of pesticide carrier. Then the carrier application processed to the new pesticide formulation has been developed, compared with the original formulation of the effect of drugs, to achieve the production of sludge as catalysts of pesticide carrier.After system analysis, the catalyst composition of sludge in S and Ce is still slightly higher on goods, other elements are basically the same. Research shows that, the influence of metal ions Fe, Sn, Cu ions on the degradation of pesticide compounds significantly, but the catalyst in sludge samples Sn, Cu and pesticide carrier currently used are similar, and the catalyst in the sludge in Fe was less pesticide carrier. Therefore, from the composition, catalyst sludge can meet the requirements of pesticide carrier technology, without the need for a process of metal ion removal.Catalyst sludge samples having a porous structure, adsorption capacity. Pesticide carrier need this feature. Because of pesticide active ingredients in the manufacturing process by the surface adsorption on the carrier, higher specific surface area and is conducive to strengthening the physical stability of pesticide formulation, reduce the loss rate.Catalyst chemical composition of sludge samples is more complex, crystal phase and amorphous. Therefore, accompanied by the adsorption and active site of catalyst sludge, as pesticide carrier must be modified, to improve its chemical stability. The product shape combined with flaky and granular morphology may be synergistic effect was higher, in the application is conducive to play the efficacy.Application of modified carrier preparation of eight pesticides, results show that, without affecting the stability of catalyst carrier sludge development of pesticide, on the biological activity and improved.
