Proven the inhibition situation of activated sludge in anaerobic digestion, the trail selects oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline that are used widely and the most common in tetracycline antibiotics, and put the simulated wastewater as experimental wastewater which is prepared according to a certain percentage in the laboratory. To obtain the respectively lowest inhibition concentration of oxytetracycline and Chlortetracycline on the anaerobic digestion, work out the optimum requisites for the both antibiotic that are determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography, study systemically the joint suppression of the both antibiotics, and analyse the residues of the both antibiotic in sludge and in wastewater. The results as follow:1) The study of the critical concentrations of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline affected on anaerobic digestion respectively. Through many experiments, acquire the lowest inhibition concentrations of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline are0.3mg/l,0.1mg/1, respectively.2) Study on the joint inhibitory effect of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline. Two or more antibiotics exist in water at the same time, it is shows a variety of interacting relationships between the antibiotics, it turns out that the joint inhibition of the both antibiotics is enhancement though detecting the COD removal efficiency and the cumulative amount of methane-producing.3) Study on residues of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in wastewater and sludge. Analyze the acquired data, the results:the concentration gradient of OTC is0.299mg/L,0.3mg/L,0.5mg/L,0.7mg/L,0.9mg/L, its degradation rate is26.84%,26.25%,21.05%,18.96%,17.67%, respectively; the concentration gradient of OTC is0.099mg/L,0.1mg/L,0.3mg/L,0.5mg/L,0.7mg/L, its degradation rate is26.77%,23%,20.33%,18.7%,15.64%, respectively. As shows that the majority of antibiotics is adsorbed on the sludge surface, while a small number is degraded by microbial.4) The study on the application of the results got by the first step, and draw to the conclusions that untreated wastewater has a strong inhibition on anaerobic digestion and treated wastewater hardly has an effect on anaerobic treatment.
