Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane with good physical properties and chemical stability is commonly used in advanced water treatment. However, due to the strong hydrophobicity of PVDF membrane surface, the anti-pollution ability is decreased. The nano TiO2loading in surface and micro porous of the PVDF membrane will not only improve the surface morphology of PVDF membrane, enhance its hydrophilicity and obtain good film properties, but also make full use of nano-particles of nano-effects, effectively adjust the polarity and surface electrical properties of PVDF membrane, enhance its adsorption of specific metal ions and expand its use of advanced water treatment.In this paper, surface coating method and blending doped method were used to prepared nano TiO2/PVDF hybrid microfiltration membrane, with the application of XRD, TG-DTA, SEM, FT-IR and metallurgical microscope characterized the membrane. And the paper studied on the surface property, permeability, anti-fouling property and Cu (Ⅱ) adsorption property of the membrane.TiO2was loaded by hydrothermal method, impregnation and liquid phase deposition. The membranes by different methods have different surface morphology, loading rate, membrane properties and Cu (Ⅱ) adsorption properties. The TiO2loading rate of hydrothermally SDS membrane is18.35wt%, while SEM images show a large number of TiO2particles loaded in the membrane pore.Membrane properties and Cu (Ⅱ) adsorption property of the impregnation CTAB membranes are superior.Prepared by blending doped method, the anatase TiO2and inorganic and organic additives were doped in the casting solution. The effects of the film morphology and properties of different conditions in casting solution were studied. And when using DMF as solvent, LiCl was2wt%, PEG600was2wt%, PVDF was20wt%, and TiO2was8wt%, the pore size of hybrid membrane is suitable. TiO2particles is loaded on the membrane skeleton and the membrane also has excellent film properties.While TiO2was10wt%, Cu (Ⅱ) adsorption property is superior.
