In polymers.polyolefin is one of the largest output,most widely used, the fastest gro wing species.The copolymer of ethylene with α-olefins or polar monomer is an imp ortant polymer material because of characteristics of low melting point, low crystalli nity. low density, flexibility and good processing performance.The continuous progre ss of polyolefin catalyst is an important reason for the rapid development of polyole fin. The copolymers with long chain branching (LCB). narrow molecular weight dist ribution characteristics are obtained through CGC catalyst as a new and highly effici ent metallocene catalysts for copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins. Therefore, the study of polymerization conditions on olefin polymers’ performance has great si gnificanl meaning to the production of high-performance polyolefin.This topic is aimed at using the constrained Geometry catalyst Me2Si(η1-C29H36)(η1-N-tBu) ZrCl2-OEt2as the main catalyst to achieving ethylene polymerization, ethylen e and propylene copolymerization, ethylene and styrene copolymerization and ethylen e and10-Undecene-l-ol copolymerization by changing the monomer ratio, Al/Zr mol ar ratio, polymerization temperature, polymerization pressure, catalyst amount, catalys t type and Obtained by adding the amount of ethylene and α-olefin polymerization of the best polymerization conditions, and by high temperature gel permeation chro matography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and carbon nuclear magn etic resonance spectroscopy (13C-NMR) and other methods of polymer The relative molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,crystallization and melting behavi or,composition and microstructure of sequence structure were characterized. The expe rimental results show that in ethylene polymerization, ethylene and propylene copoly merization, ethylene and styrene copolymerization, ethylene and10-Undecene-l-ol co polymerization respectively in a the best reaction conditions can make the activity o f catalyst of maximum, through the analysis of polymer characterization, can get the polymer melt temperature, crystallinity and molecular weight distribution showed re gular changes.
